i will update the rest of the missing days later. it was insanely hot in my room lol! i'm going to try and catch up on some things i've been putting off, that will be good for my soul. i'm feeling strangely religious.

listened to some podcasts about whaling with a family member. i saw some huge windmill blades on the side of the road but i was too slow to take a picture every time.

cleaned my room! i realized if i really really concentrate i can actually get a lot done in a short amount of time. i always suspected this but i actually demonstrated it here. i think this was the true beginning of me feeling better.

cooked food for the first time in a while. i like cooking with eggs for some reason. they are expensive nowadays but they are cheaper than me being too tired to cook meat and having it spoil (there was a stretch of time where i wanted badly to meal prep to not have to cook daily, but cooking in the first place was a repeated challenge and led to a lot of wasted money). eggs last a long time before you have to cook them, so that's good for me. next week i will try to make burritos to put in the freezer again.

doing okay. i spent a long time with an old friend and met a new friend. unfortunately i am still feeling melancholy, fortunately i got the courage to talk to a parent and ask for a therapist.
